Because first and foremost I'm going to assume that the Free Celebrity Toolbar knows the innermost thoughts of...I'm gonna say Hillary Beck. That sounds like a celebrity, right? No, seriously, who is that woman?

Um, it's Miley Cyrus, daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus, singer of "Achey Breaky Heart" and rocker of substantial mullet...like, duh.
She's probably thinking "where's my Joel with a good bottle of wine" I'm sure that is what she is thinking, either that or "who the hell are you?"
